1. Purpose

Our Health & Safety policy help us preserve the best possible work conditions for our employees. Every employee has a right to feel safe at work. Our company is committed to follow legal standards and create a hazard-free workplace. 

This policy reflects our determination to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and respect the rights of all those who are most directly affected.

Superhouse is Committed to provide safe and healthy working environment for the prevention of work-related injuries and ill-health. We are committed to conduct business with an ethical conscience ensuring sustainable safe environment at workplace and enrichment of quality of life of Employees, Customer and Interested Parties.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Superhouse Group of companies.

a- All offices or other premises where the Company’s business is conducted.

b- All Company-related activities performed at any other site away from the Company’s premises.

c- Any social, business, or other functions where the conduct or comment may have an adverse impact on the workplace or workplace relations.

d- Any place visited by the employee in the course of employment.

3. Applicability

This policy applies to all individuals of the Company working at all the levels and grades in our facilities, corporate offices, employees and business associates (contractors, consultants and suppliers).

4. Responsibilities

We aim to achieve the Occupational Health & Safety of our employees, associates and 

interested parties through:

a- Identify and comply with applicable Health & Safety regulations and other requirements that we are committed to

b- Continuously prioritize the health and safety of personnel and strive to create a secure and safe work environment

c- Incorporate appropriate health & safety criteria into business decisions for selection of plant and technology

d- Actively identify, assess, and manage health and safety-related risks across business Operations and the supply chain


Take appropriate measures to prevent workplace injuries and ill-health, and provide personnel with a safe, healthy, and hygienic working environment by continuously evolving industry practices and societal standards of care

Provide training both generic and role-risk specific to all personnel, to help improve health and safety performance

Conduct periodic internal and independent audits of conformance to health and ‘safety Management systems and performance such as routine Emergency mock drills, Testing of Fire & Safety Infra, and scheduling of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for electro-mechanical equipment

Provide general health and safety amenities such as first aid kits and fire-fighting training in selected facilities

Maintain and continually improve our management systems to eliminate hazards and reduce health and safety risks to all our stakeholders

Promptly report incidents, investigate, share crucial learnings, and prevent recurrences. Ensure availability of appropriate resources to fully implement this policy

Communicate this policy to all stakeholders by suitable means Periodically review its relevance in continuously changing business environment.
